Are your products natural? Absolutely! We only want the best for your skin so we have formulated all of our products using natural ingredients. We don’t use any harmful artificial colourings, fragrances or perfumes. Instead you will only find Essential Oils and Australian or French Natural Clays in our ingredients lists.

Are your products Vegan-friendly and Cruelty-free? Yes they absolutely are, it is so important to us to provide Aussies with Vegan-friendly and Cruelly-free products. No animals have ever or will be ever used to test our products; we only test on humans including ourselves!

How is your packaging eco-conscious? We have sourced as much eco-friendly packaging as we possibly can being only a small business. Our product labels are printed using eco-friendly inks and toners and our orders are sent in either recyclable cardboard boxes with paper tape or 100% Compostable Mailers that can break down in as little time as 90 days. Our pouches are RedCycle friendly, which means once you have finished enjoying your bath salts, simply drop it off at your local RedCycle bin so it can be recycled and made into indoor and outdoor furniture, bollards, signage and even roads!

How much is postage and packaging? We currently charge $9.95 flat rate for postage and packaging.

How long will it take to deliver my item/s? We aim to ship your parcel out within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped by Tuesday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it's journey to you. If the product is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days of receiving your order. We can then organise an agreeable replacement product, a back order or a complete refund.

What forms of payment do you accept? The payment methods we offer are PayPal and Afterpay. Payments processed through PayPal can be completed by using Visa, MasterCard or a valid PayPal account. What is your return policy? Please consider carefully when ordering our products as we do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please fill in our contact form within 7 days quoting your order number, name, contact details along with a description of the problem. From there we can organise an appropriate course of action.

Are your products available in stores? Not only can you buy our products through our online store, we also frequently attend markets in New South Wales, Australia.
